Perfect finish
When you order from AWS, you can rest assured that your material has been finished to perfection and that it meets all of your requirements. Delivery in accordance with NEN-EN 1090 is also possible; we are certified to EXC4 execution class. To make this possible, we have advanced equipment including a shot-blasting machine that, together with the deburring machine, constitutes a surface processing line of 40 meters. This is where your cut components can be finished to perfection.

Additional treatment technology and techniques
For other treatments, such as blasting, protecting, metalizing and applying wet coatings, powder coatings or fire-retardant coatings, we partner with our neighbor, Staalstraal Brabant. This company’s mechanical blasting and preservation lines are ideal for the processing of water-based coatings.
